Access to digital materials is granted upon full settlement of the applicable fee. Materials may include templates, guidelines, and tutorials.

4. Goods Terms

Physical products are shipped after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on location and shipping provider.

5. Fees and Payment

All charges are due upfront. We accept major credit cards and bank transfer. Fees cover service preparation and delivery.

6. Refund Policy

Services: You may cancel a scheduled session more than 48 hours before the appointment and receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a twenty percent charge due to preparatory work. Funds will be reimbursed to the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Info Products: Digital resources may be refunded within fourteen days from the date of access if materially unused. To request a refund, contact our team. Approved reimbursements are processed within fourteen business days.

Goods: Items sent back must be in unused condition within thirty days of delivery. After inspection, we will authorize a refund or . Reimbursements are made to the original payment method within fourteen business days.

7. Nonrefundable Services

Custom legal solutions requiring third party fees and extensive preparation are nonrefundable due to incurred costs.

8. Rescheduling

Appointments may be shifted once without charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur fees.
